Refund Policy

Lady Crew Apparel is a 501-C3 non-profit. As a non-profit retailer, sales generated through this website are donated to partner organizations on an ongoing basis. As such, Lady Crew does not offer exchanges, returns or refunds unless under special circumstances. This allows us to maximize the donations to partner organizations and reduce the costs typically associated with running an ecommerce company.

Items that can be refunded, exchanged or returned:

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

If you qualify for a return or exchange of your order, the return or refund process must be initiated within 15 days of purchase. You can return your product for the same product or a refund to the original payment method. Shipping fees back to Lady Crew will be paid by the customer.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Contact support@wearladycrew.com and note which product(s) you would like to return
  2. If a return is due to a damaged item, please provide an image of the damage. This will help us with product packing for future shipments. Damaged items do not need to be shipped back to Lady Crew.
  3. Ship the product(s) back to:
